I had a dream of a young boy, who was about 10 years old, who would make this hand sign of moving his right hand up to his lips and then move his hand straight out. The boy could speak, but he kept making this hand sign into his teen years. Other boys would watch him make the hand sign, and they wanted to bully him for it, but they never did. Then when he became old enough to drive, he would make the hand sign before he drove his car. He made this hand sign all through his young life at different times during the day. Then I woke up.
